All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Beyond Clean.
You may request us to use your own supplies and product.
Payment for Services : Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of services.
Beyond Clean gladly accepts payment in the following forms.
Personal Check (There is a $35.00 return check fee)
Please Note* If I arrive to clean and there is no payment, I will contact you immediately.
If you are not available, I will have to reschedule your cleaning appointment.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service, please provide at least 24 hours notice for all canceled appointments. Once I take a reservation, I hold that time slot open for you and turn away other potential customers in order to ensure your time frame.
Refunds: Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, I cannot offer refunds to customers.However, I want you to be 100% satisfied, which is why I offer a 24 hour guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your cleaning service for any reason, please contact me within 24 hours of your cleaning and I will return to re-clean the area/areas you are dissatisfied with at no additional cost to you.
Extra Services: If you require extra services or additional cleaning on your scheduled cleaning day, please contact me 48 hours in advance so I may allow the extra time needed at your home and I can give you a quote for the additional services.
